1 pk Yeast

3 c Whole wheat flour

1/4 c Wheat germ

1/4 c Toasted bran

1 tb Oil

4 tb Molasses

1 1/4 c Beer, flat, warm

1 Egg white

Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."
