US Beef Recall expanded

How can these Corporate industries continue to do sloppy work and make people sick and have to recall thousands of pounds of product that they have contaminated, and still make a profit.

CHICAGO (Reuters) – A Colorado meat company is expanding a recall of beef due to possible contamination by E.coli O157:H7 bacteria after an investigation found 18 illnesses may be linked to the meat, the U.S. Agriculture Department said on Sunday.

Greeley, Colorado-based JBS-Swift Beef Co is voluntarily expanding its June 24 recall to include about 380,000 lbs of assorted beef products, USDA said. The original recall was for 41,280 lbs.

The affected beef was produced on April 21 and was distributed nationally and internationally.

E.coli O157:H7 is a potentially deadly bacteria that can cause bloody diarrhea, dehydration, and, in severe cases, kidney failure. The very young, seniors, and persons with weak immune systems are at the most risk.

It looks like this Beef has been shipped for 2 months and probably most of it has been consummed already. Or do they keep it frozen for some time before putting on the shelves?

I have stopped eating beef for some time now, as I don’t want to support this industry and because of the Mad Cow Disease, plus I don’t want E-coli sickness. I think it only involves Ground beef as I don’t think e-coli can infect steak and roasts and whole chunks of meat.

I think E-coli gets in the Hamburger when they grind it and mix shit with the product, because of not keeping their process areas clean from waste mater

The cattle in these holding yards are held in yards that are sometimes knee deep in their own body waste. So it is probably pretty hard to clean off all the E-coli bacteria befor killing these cattle for processing into a food source. If you only knew the process they go through before they end up on your plate for you to eat and enjoy.

That is why I just quit eating Pork and Beef for one. It has to many contaminates in it to be healthy anymore. Sodium Nitrites, Hormones injected and antibiotic injected, and fed a grain diet or soy products that have been GM by Monsanto.

You would be wise to start thinking about what meat you eat anymore also.

I think some enterprising Lawers should get together and sue the shit out of these Corporations for the damage they do to the publics health, with out regard or concern for the out come of their filthy processing of the food source they produce.

Another thing about these cattle yards in Brazil. They are destroying the rain forests there to make room to build these holding pens for all the cattle they process there, and to grow GM soy plants that they feed these cattle with, that make them sick and not fit to eat in the first place. Oh well, this is the facts of life now a days.

Grow it as fast as you can, as cheap as possible, and get it on the shelves in the market place.

Farrah,s Death is a Tragedy

Today, I have seen more about Farrah Fawcett, and I just get madder about the way those Doctors think you should cure cancer.

The cause of cancer is not because you have a shortage of Chemo drugs or that you need radiation to kill the cancer cells. Those things KILL people, not cancer. They aid and cause cancer.

That is what the doctors think, and that is what is taught in their schooling.

Do they ever wonder what causes the cancer in the first place and then find out why it is growing? No they don’t, they try to treat the symptom and not treat the cause.

If they would find the cause and then change what you are doing that caused the cells to mutate, then they could treat that problem and stop killing people with more chemicals and poisoning their system, and causing more damage and cancer to grow. Those doctors don’t want a cure for cancer, they would lose millions in income if they found a cure. Thats why they try to hide the fact there are many natural cures for cancer, and you can’t patent a natural substance, and make any money curing cancer.

I know all about this way of treating cancer, as I went through it 13 years ago, and it was colo-rectal cancer I had, they claim. So the first thing they did was open up my stomach and removed the swollen and infected area, and also removed 13 lymph nodes.

They removed my rectum and some colon and then pulled it down and stapled it to my anus. The doctor said my sphincter was to small and tight so he cut it to make it larger, and he cut the nerves along with that action.

That left me with a very loose opening that just let waste run out at will.

That was a bad choice that doctor did to me. I still have to take a narcotic to keep my stools firm so it don’t just run out at will.

By the way I quit about ½ way through my treatments as it put me back in the hospital with burns and lesions in my colon. The results of the radiation fried my illiac arteries and put me in a wheelchair for two years. Finally with another operation , they put a by-lateral bypass from my aorta to my femoral arteries, in my legs, that got me walking again, but with much pain, that still bothers me.

I finally figured out what caused my cancer, and it was all the things I had been eating for many years. The same stuff most people eat, lots of packaged and processed foods, with many toxic chemical additives.

I had two colostomies after my cancer and I had two polyps each time, thats when I changed my diet and habits and then 5 years later I had another

colostomy, and my insides were as clean as a whistle. Not one polyp and it was very clean looking , the doctor said.

So, When you stop eating all the food that has all those toxic chemicals and lots of sugar in them, you can stop worrying about cancer

When you change to organic food and eat what Nature provides us, Your body will heal itself. You should worry about what will happen if you keep eating anything that has had man make changes that nature provided us in it,s true form.

If Farrah had just listened to some one that really knows how to treat cancer and those oncologists that believe in the CUT BURN and POISON as the only way to cure cancer, she would still be here to live a long healthy life, as I am now, and I am 13 years older then she was.

I probably would have died at 63 if I hadn’t made those changes in my life and stopped the merry go round of all the garbage toxic food.

One thing I have to say is that if you or someone you know has cancer and you want to change things, make sure you change the stuff you eat and I would invest $20 dollars in a bottle of MMS and start taking it as directed by Jim Humble. I have been taking it for 1 ½ years now and it keeps your body in ship shape and if by chance cancer is caused by a virus, you will kill all viruses that are in your body, and I would make sure I got all the minerals, mainly all the trace minerals your cellular system needs you are not supplying, as our food source doesn’t have those in it anymore.

I take FrequenSea because it has all those ionic trace minerals in it, that most food lacks now. That is what your cellular system really, really needs to function normal. If your cells get all the minerals they need they will become strong and you will notice the difference very quickly.

One other thing I take daily that will aid in having a healthy body, and that is a good Pro-Biotic. I take a great pro- Biotic every morning, as it puts the good gut flora back into your stomach that you lose when you have taken any anti-biotic or had any Chemo therapy, as they kill the good flora you must have to digest your food. We get it from Swansons online. They have a great one that has all the best flora you keep in the frig and take daily.

Your choice and its your life, just don’t ignore your health, as it will get you when you least expect it.

You can live with cancer for many years and not even realize you have it till it is almost to late, as I almost did, and remember if you get cancer , you caused it by what you have been eating for many years. I could tell you about a lot of cancer stories, but there isn’t enough room in this article to get started. I just blame Farrah,s death on the Medical industry and their greed for money and they should all be charged for murder in their mode of operation. How many doctors have been broken for finding a cure and been called Quacks and been run out of town. To Many!

Soy is not for human consumption

Unless it is fermented, as the Japanese use it that way in their diet.

There is so much soy products in the western diet anymore, it is hard not to eat some of it if you buy any processed foods in the market.

We have decided to make sure it does not enter our house any more, and I will explain why.

For about 2-3 years, I started to have a problem with fungus, and I tried everything to get rid of it and it would just come right back and I would keep hitting it with MMS and Garlic tincture, but I just seem not to get ahead of it and stop what I thought was fungus.

I would have a very red tongue, and sores in the crack of my lips and also canker sores in my mouth. When that would get bad I would also get pain down my neck and into my shoulder.

I  even went to the VA emergency roon one day as the pain in my shoulder and neck was very painful and I couldn’t figure out why I had all that pain.

The doctors couldn’t  figure out either and I tested out as being ok  and they told me to go home .

The nurse said to me, your tongue is very red and it shouldn’t be that way, and left it at that. She couldn’t figure out why it was so red either.

So I went home and poured the Garlic tincture in me and I noticed my tongue would go back to pink when I did that, or when I took MMS it would change back also to pink.

Eveyday I drank a lot of coffee, and I put “Coffee Mate” in it, to nutralize the acid in coffee and make it more alkaline, as that is better for the body.

This went on for a few years, and I couldn’t stop the fungus from making my tongue red and sore.

Then one day I was reading about Soy and why it is so bad to eat it and how they break it down with Hexane.

Hexane is a residue from processing Gasoline and is really toxic to human,s and animals. In fact here is a paragraph from Mike Adams, from his article.

While the company describe its process for making these meat analogs as “pure and simple,” it does not mention that it starts with hexane-extracted soy protein.”

In the United States, there is currently only one way of knowing for sure that the soy-based foods you purchase is free of hexane contaminants: Look for the green USDA Organic seal on the package:

• Beware of claims of “natural” soy — Even hexane-extracted soy can be called “natural.”

• Beware of claims of “made with organic soy” — Such products may still contain non-organic soy-based ingredients extracted with hexane.

• Beware of “veggie” products containing texturized vegetable protein. Many of these products not only likely contain hexane chemical residues; they also are usually made with yeast extract, a flavoring ingredient that contains MSG, a neurotoxin. (Imagine the impact of these two neurotoxins in combination…)

• Don’t feed your infant soy protein. Instead, opt for human breast milk (the best option), or goat’s milk formulas such as Genesis Organics (www.GenesisOrganics.com).”)

I also have another reason for not eating Soy anymore

It seems that when soy is processed it creates a bacteria in the soy protein, and that bacteria is mighty strong. I read that in another article on Soy, and I can’t find it again, but I remembered that, and decided to check the “Coffee Mate and see if it had Soy in it. BINGO, it has soy and also Sodium Caseinate, which has MSG in it along with Hydrolyzed oils and I drink sometimes 6-8 cups of coffee daily, and have most of my life.

A few years back I started to use the coffee mate cause it tasted good in the coffee and it keeps the acid down. Well, I decided to quit putting it in my coffee and use milk for awhile and see if that had any difference in my problem of the overly red tongue.

In about 4 days my mouth cleared up and the redness went away and the canker sores healed up and no more sores in the corner of my lips.

I was dumbfounded, to see how fast this Bacteria left my body.

I would take the Garlic tincture and then drink some coffee with Coffee Mate, and just put the bacteria back into my mouth again.

So, I either have an alergic reaction to Soy Products or it has that bacteria in it that creates all that pain and sores, but for sure it won’t be used by me anymore.

So, if you have some sores or other problems and you use any products with soy in it, start to see if you discontinue using it for awhile, if the problem goes away, then you have pinpointed the problem product.

I believe Soy is not a food source for human,s , especially when most of it now is modified Geneticly by Monsanto, to except Roundup. Anything with SOY or Soy Lecithin or Soy Protein, will not go through my door and into the kitchen.

At my age now(75) I won’t live that much longer, but I don’t want to live it being sick and miserable , thats why I try to eat only what Nature wanted us to eat, and not all the man made chemicals added to it.

So remember, you are what you eat, if your sick with a problem, change what you are eating. Don’t mess with Mother Nature, she gets revenge.

Tell Obama Your Story, Here, Now

Here is your chance to tell your story about health care, and your personal chance to help in his quest to get everyone on some type of health care.

I have chosen to tell my story and the main reason we all need health care. It is because we have our food supply controled by huge corporations that are poisoning our food with additives that have no beneficial nourishment, and are mainly the cause of the diseases and sickness in this country. All the chemicals that are added to the food is not meant for human consumption.

They are added for the convenience  of the manufacturer, so they can preserve and adhance the taste of the food. After they are all added, the food is hardly recognized as a food, and is then not beneficially useful as a consumably food source.

The main reason we need health care is because, the medical profession has made it impossible for a person to afford a doctors visit or the cost of their medicine which has had the prices explode , so to exploit the patient for all they can charge for their useless chemical formulas that won’t heal you anyway. Only treat a symton that was probably caused by all the chemicals that have been added to our food, in the first place.

If everyone would stop buying the poisoned food, these huge corporations produce, we wouldn’t need health care in the first place.

I personally believe that is the reason there is so much disease, sickness and obesity in the country, by these corporations creating food for profit and not caring what they add to the food we consume.

I’m sure you know what toxic chemicals I’m talking about, MSG, Aspartame, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated veg.oil, food coloring, geneticaly modified crops that except Roundup, and on and on. They are the cause of most sickness. All these toxins make your immune system weak and it can’t defend your body from preditors and pathogens.

If you go back to natural food your body will heal itself and you won’t need those doctors and chemical pharmaceuticals, that don’t heal anyway.

The Answer is here, Now!

The answer to your childs ADD and ADHD and many other problems lie in the food they are eating and have been fed since they could stuff food in their mouth.

Melanie Sagala finally put it as I have been trying to since I started this blog. Now if this will convince you and you pass this on, maybe we can stop buying this poisonous food and force those food processors to stop adding chemicals to our food source.

ADHD: The Cure is in Plain Sight

I’d like to share some staggering statistics with you.  In the US, 4% of children aged 4 to 8 and 9.7% of children aged 9 to 17 have been diagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).1 That translates to around 4.5 million young people who have trouble paying attention in class, controlling their impulsive behaviors, finishing tasks, and acting and speaking appropriately.

At least half of these children are taking a powerful psycho-stimulant drug like Adderall or Ritalin to control their symptoms.  While these synthetic chemicals are effective at controlling hyperactive and aggressive behavior, they come at a steep price.

Adderall is a cocktail of four different amphetamines.  High-dosage and long term use have been linked to erectile problems and other sexual dysfunctions.2 Adderall XR has been taken off the market in Canada because of 20 sudden deaths and 14 strokes associated with its use.2

Ritalin (methylphenidate) is a central nervous system stimulant that is reported to be safer than its amphetamine-based cousins.   Yet , it can still cause a number of side effects including dizziness, insomnia, confusion, and an irregular heart beat.3

While well-meaning parents and teachers rely on psycho-stimulant drugs to deal with children that might otherwise be unmanageable, an article I recently read makes me wonder if the cause and the cure of ADHD might be found at the dinner table and school cafeteria.

In 1997, the student body at Central Alternative High School in Appleton, Wisconsin was out of control and only getting worse.  According to Dean of Students Greg Bretthauer, students were “rude, obnoxious, and ill mannered.” On a typical day, the faculty would cope with discipline problems, drug use, truancies, expulsions, dropouts, and weapons violations.  A police officer was on staff to help maintain order.4

That same year, Natural Ovens Inc. of Manitowac, Wisconsin began a 5-year study to find out if healthy nutritious foods could make a difference in reducing the number of behavioral problems and improving academic performance.   The company took over providing meals and managing the cafeteria –junk food was banished from the school.

Instead, vending machines offered juice, water and energy drinks only.  Gone was the typical cafeteria fare of pizza, burgers, tacos and fries.  In their place, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads and entrees free of chemicals and additives were offered.5 Natural Ovens had their own cooks prepare recipes the old-fashioned way.  Students learned, maybe for the first time in their lives, how to eat properly.   And the changes were dramatic.

Teachers reported that their students were calm and well-behaved.  Dropouts and expulsions became almost nonexistent and students that were on a downward spiral turned their lives around.   Academic achievement went up while discipline problems went down.  Students became more focused in class and had more concentration to study.

The old argument that administrators used to justify feeding children junk food — “we might as well, because they’re only going to eat it out of school anyway” — proved to be unfounded.   Once students made the connection between nutrition, learning, and behavior, the change stuck.   They weren’t running to fast food joints after school for a junk-laden fix.

We can all learn a lesson from the young people in Appleton, Wisconsin.  Bad food leads to bad behavior.  And even worse — a lifetime of failures and health problems.

The other day when I was discussing this article with our founder and driving force, Michael Masterson, he made an astute observation.  Children all over this country have a metabolism that is off balance and burdened with toxins and chemicals from processed foods, too much sugar, and dangerous additives that affect neurochemistry.  Our solution is to mask the problem with even more dangerous chemicals in the form of prescription medications.

How can we call this a cure?

It’s time we paid attention to nutrition as the first and most important influence on our health.  If you have a child with ADHD or other learning or behavioral problems, take this article to your next PTA meeting Join other concerned parents and lobby your school district to offer fresh nutritious meals that are free of additives and genetically modified ingredients.   The amazing transformation that occurred at a high school in Appleton, Wisconsin could take place in any school in the US that also made healthy nutrition a priority.

This is the cause, for most diseases in children and adults, not getting proper nourishment and chemical additives in our food source.

Some of those additives cause brain cell death, and others cause obesity,and a multitude of problems. one 8 oz glass of coke can cause weakness in your immune system that lasts 6 hours.

The FDA needs to start banning food that is not in the peoples benefit and stop TV advertising to children and all perscription drug

advertising should be banned. Doctors need to be re-educated to have nutrition as a ciricular to better health. You are what you eat, if it is a chemical or has chemical additives in it don’t eat it.
